Digital goods
Because digital editions can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once delivery has occurred.
Delivery problems
If a file is corrupt, inaccessible, or not delivered, contact support with your order number. We will first attempt replacement delivery and may issue a refund where the problem cannot be resolved.
Duplicate purchases
Verified accidental duplicate purchases may be refunded at our discretion.
